Gončin Ltd. Gončin Ltd. is a family-owned manufacturing company with its origins dating back to the establishment of a sole proprietorship in 1989, officially marking the beginning of women’s fashion production with 4 employees. In 2002, the company was incorporated as a limited liability company (Ltd.) and started producing specialized workwear and protective clothing for various industrial sectors. As a family-owned business, the company initially operated on a family estate, gradually expanding its operations and production capacity. It now encompasses over 120 modern textile machines, covering an area of approximately 1,500m2.
With the increase in business volume, the company invested in expanding its production capacity, adopting new technologies, and enhancing its business infrastructure. As a result of its ongoing efforts, the company has built a reputable image and currently employs around 60 workers.
The rapid growth of the company led to investments in new machinery and equipment, as well as the adoption of modern production methods, aiming for a higher level of finalization and product quality for end customers.
The entire process of production, sales, and product storage is carried out in the company’s own production and sales premises. Over 95% of the company’s products are distributed to international markets such as Austria, Germany, Slovenia, and other neighboring countries, while 5% is supplied to the domestic market. The company holds ISO 9001:2008 certification, guaranteeing an efficient quality management system, ISO 14001 certification for environmental protection, and BSCI standards ensuring compliance with social standards. Year after year, the company records a constant growth in production volume, as well as the number of employees, with significant investments in equipment and infrastructure.
Gončin Ltd. has mainly collaborated with companies in foreign markets, providing “lohn” production services, where customers dictate prices and delivery deadlines, while the company delivers the ordered goods under its own brand in the local market.
